Hi I’m Melinda,

Founder of Well with Mel Psychology and Coaching.

I help people achieve strength and resilience in their mental health and wellbeing, so they can experience more peace and calm in their life, even in times of challenge.

I worked 6 years as a registered Psychologist and helping so many people overcome their challenges, but I felt something was missing. I was sharing all these great strategies with clients around wellbeing, but I wasn’t always applying it myself. I was a busy person, and stress was a constant unwelcome visitor at my door.

If you can relate to this, then you are in the right place. ‘Well with Mel’ was founded to help others not just ‘know about’ wellbeing, but to live a life of wellbeing.

My interest, skill set, and experience are focused on helping people overcome stress and anxiety, and build a strong mindset and self-compassion.

Changing my relationship with stress and thoughts around it was foundational for my breakthrough. I discovered there are powerful strategies to stay in my sweet spot and reduce negative stress so I could perform at my best.
