Option 1:
6 month coaching program
1:1 coaching and support over 6 months
Includes 2 phone coaching sessions/month, and the provision of in between session resources and email support to keep you on track with your goals. Total of 12 coaching sessions during the 6 month program.
Option 2:
1 month coaching program
1;1 coaching and support over 1 month
Includes 2 phone coaching sessions and the provision of in between session resources and email support to keep you on track with your goals.
